I’ve actually known Abby for years, and when I saw it pop up on facebook that she was getting married, I pretty much informed her I would be shooting the wedding 😉 Happily, she agreed, and I was so glad to be able to document this day. I shoot a lot of pretty fancy events – and don’t get me wrong, I adore them. An impressively styled wedding is always super fun to photograph. But – there was something equally impressive and lovely about this totally relaxed and unpretentious wedding. All the decor was handmade by dear friends and family – even the dress! (err, pants) 😉 There was manischewits aplenty, and even copies of the bride and groom’s bad teenage poetry on display. Such a fun and cool day to be a part of – enjoy a few of my favorite images.
